The highly sought after Tulip Tree Collection kitchens, designed by co-owner John David Hunter, and made in our Canadian atelier, seek to capture the utilitarian and aesthetic qualities of the nineteenth century with all the modern amenities of the twenty-first century.  Our kitchen “furniture” is meant to appear as one with the surrounding areas.  This philosophy is brought about by, among other things, eliminating over the counter cabinetry, if at all possible. Instead, armoires are used for storage (a 2 ½ foot wide armoire with a storage drawer below holds the equivalent of 10 linear over the counter cabinets).  The kitchens are either painted or stained to suit the clients’ needs and are priced competitively below comparable cabinetry.
